The GBRC is a City of Houston initiative to educate the public about green building by providing a staffed showroom for information in the Houston Permitting Center where people get building and other types of permits. The idea was to have a place where people could "touch and feel" green building materials and strategies and talk to someone about options and strategies without biased sales pressure.
