Description

I like to grow unusual varieties with an emphasis on open pollinated and heirloom vegetables. CSA members are encouraged to suggest varieties for us to grow.

We also offer ala carte items including seasonal fruit, honey, free range eggs, cheese, meats etc.

Blue Pike Farm is the first farm started in Cleveland proper in the 21st Century. We are dedicated to growing fresh products, using natural and sustainable agricultural practices. To that end we collect and compost organic matter from local municipalities, coffee shops and roasteries, and local food markets.

We grow varieties selected for their flavor and nutritional values. We personally favor heirloom and unusual varieties that are not readily available in your local supermarket.

Our products are available for sale on the farm, at local farmers markets and in restaurants that appreciate and support quality, fresh and locally grown produce.

We have a limited number of CSA shares available for 2010. Please contact us if you are interested in additional information using "CSA Info" in the subject line.
