Sick of those beat up old wilted greens on offer over at the corner store? Wondering where you can find some good produce in your neighborhood? Well here you go: the Central Harlem CSA is the alternative you are looking for.
Join the Central Harlem CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and enjoy weekly deliveries of organic produce from June until December.
Our produce comes from Roxbury farm in the Hudson valley. Roxbury farm uses biodynamic and organic farming methods. These include spreading specially prepared compost to stimulate the growing processes and vitality of the plants. Cover crops, crop rotations and careful tillage are utilized to care for the soil. No synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers are used.
