Description
Fruit and Vegetable CSA shares offer a full selection of organically grown vegetables and ecologically grown (IPM) fruit, including berries, cherries, peaches, apples, heirloom tomatoes, peas, and more. Produce is a mix of farmer-picked and member-picked. Picking your own produce is a great outdoor activity for families and for people who want to get in touch with the land!
Fishkill Farms is a fruit and vegetable farm in East Fishkill, New York. We grow apples, peaches, black currants, blueberries, blackberries, pears, nectarines, and cherries, all of which are available for pick-your-own at our farm. We also have many varieties of vegetables, a flock of pasture-raised hens, and a small (but growing) flock of sheep. Our vegetables are grown organically and our fruit is low-spray, IPM. We welcome farm visits, whether to pick our fresh fruits in season, try an assortment of local foods in the farm store, or to see the animals. Our produce is also available at several farmer's markets locally and in New York City.
