Our vegetable shares will include a weekly selection of over a hundred varieties of freshly harvested, chemical-free produce, picked up by members at the farm. Members may also cut their own herbs and flowers throughout the season. We also offer pastured egg shares, and sell pastured pork and broilers during the summer and fall.
A small, local-market farm in west Scarborough, currently in its first year offering vegetable CSA shares, and pasture-raised eggs and meat. Our Mission is to build soil, increase biodiversity, strengthen community, and produce wholesome food. We hope you'll come check in on us this spring, and excuse any rough edges as we fix up the farm after a decade of non-operation.
In 2011 we will offer: CSA Shares - $500 (pay by 3/1), $550 (pay by 6/1) , Pasture-raised eggs , Pastured chickens , Pastured, acorn-finished hogs .
Frith Farm is a small, direct-market farm located on 13 acres of loamy sand in Scarborough, Maine. 2011 will be our first season in operation, selling vegetable CSA shares and pasture-raised eggs and meat.
