Description
Spring/Summer 2009 CSA Sold Out - Please visit our website to join our waiting list for the Fall Season. Thank You.
You will receive a weekly or biweekly bountiful share of the freshest in-season produce from our sweet little farm. We estimate you would pay 2-3 times as much for a similar selection of organic produce from a grocery store at retail prices. This season will encompass quite a variety of produce as we transition from the early Spring weather towards the hot days of Summer.
In your weekly share you will find an ever evolving assortment of: radishes, tomatoes, squash, potatoes, okra, peppers, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages, brussels sprouts, beets, carrots, many varieties of greens including mustards, collards, spinach, various Asian greens, swiss chard, arugula, lettuces and salad mixes, and kale. Also expect onions, leeks, scallions, and fresh herbs such as parsley, dill, basil and cilantro. We like to grow some showy and exotic varieties while providing a consistent supply of traditional favorites and staple veggies.
The timing and yield of all these crops will of course be subject to the weather and other factors. We always offer a great selection of veggies and will have some surprises to share as well.
