Nourishing Harvest Farm
Nourishing Harvest Farm is a small commercial vegetable farm and authorized Fertrell dealer providing farmers and gardeners with organic supplies for the soil, crops and animals. Our farm is nestled in the pristine hills of the Russell Creek Community about an hour from the greater Nashville area. We deliver fresh produce, eggs and pastured meats to our CSA and wholesale customers in Franklin and surrounding areas. Farming the soil ecologically, sustainably and "clean". Unique in its mission and unconventional in its operation, Nourishing Harvest Farm touches the soul of what many Americans view as important - little environmental impact, food without chemicals, use of renewable energy sources, and humane treatment of animals.

Nourishing Harvest Farm is a small commercial vegetable farm offering certified naturally grown fruits, vegetables, culinary herbs, free-range eggs and pastured meats. We deliver to the Greater Nashville and Franklin areas but also offer local pick-up and delivery.

Our first CSA share box will boast a colorful display of phytochemically rich spring garden greens, scallions (green onions), radishes, salad mix and seasoned sweet potatoes. Each week members are introduced to new and interesting gourmet cultivars along with the traditional favorites like juicy tomatoes, aromatic sweet peppers, slicing cucumbers and many more. We carefully pack our boxes with a colorful array of fruits and vegetables to broaden the nutritional spectrum inherent to foods of different colors. Fresh greens are a staple of each box throughout the season -- superfoods. The pumpkin orange flesh of butternut squash is densely packed with nutrients and is excellent to taste, especially when flavored lightly with butter, salt and a light drizzle of sweetener (sucanot, rapidura, honey, sorghum or maple syrup). The presentation of Yukon Gold potatoes on a white plate are as delightful to the eye as they are to the palate. The finest potato we have tasted. Blueberries are long known for their nutrient value and health benefits. We gather both early and late season varieties for a harvest of blueberries that extends through many weeks of early summer.
