Rosie Creek Farm:
Produce varies throughout the season from mostly salad greens in June to storage vegetables in September. The season can be extended on either end depending on the weather. We deliver at 2 locations in Fairbanks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6pm and ship shares to Denali Park/Healy.

Joan Hornig and Mike Emers have been operating Rosie Creek Farm since 1998. We are a small family farm 15 miles outside of town along the Tanana River. On our 10 cleared acres we grow vegetables and cut flowers for our 110-member CSA, Farmers' Market and several restaurants. We also do special events (such as weddings and parties)and special orders. We are certified organic and are members of the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers.
