S And L Family Farm
Since 2004 we have been producing organic vegetables, eggs, and chicken. Our chickens and heritage turkeys are free range. We supplement their diet with roasted grains such as barley, oats, and corn. We are Animal Welfare Approved, the first in our county for free range chickens. S and L's famous eggs have been featured on WRAL, the N&O and Virginia- Carolina Farmer Magazine. You will never find a better egg! We also raise heritage Bourbon Red turkeys, Alpine goats, and Katahdin sheep. We sell our eggs, chicken, and lamb year round thru our CSA and at the following markets.

We will begin the season on Feb 17th at the NC State Farmers Market in the Brickyard on campus. The market is open from Feb thru May, breaks for summer and resumes in August.
