Description

Small World Collective offers artisan breads and sweets made from whole-grain flours freshly-milled from local organic wheat, raw hot sauce, sauerkraut, and kim chi handmade from local organic veggies, and other such foods centered around local & regional ingredients.

Our local farmers include Bell Farms in Kendall, NY, Organic Matters in Lyons, NY, Clearview Farms in Palmyra, NY, Raindance Harvest in Webster, NY, Mud Creek Farm in Victor, NY, Rick Austin in Lyons, NY, Bloomfield Honey in Bloomfield, NY, and Stolor Organics in Cazenovia, NY. (We're always looking out for more local sources. Let us know if you have something to sell!)

The bakery is a worker cooperative, owned and run by the bakers.

CSA Details:
- Season: January through January
- Type: 3rd party CSA service
- Since: 2007
- Full Share: $200/year for one 1.5 pound loaf a week. or $4/week with a 13 week minimum.
