The CoolCalifornia Challenge is a fun, innovative competition between ten California cities to reduce their community-wide carbon footprints and build more vibrant and sustainable communities.
Sign up to start earning points today and help Sacramento win! You can earn prizes with your points too. Here's how the Challenge works:
1. Sign up and create a profile for your household at www.coolcalifornia.org/community-challenge. You'll earn 100 points just for signing up!
2. Register your electricity & natural gas usage from your most recent utility bills (SMUD and PG&E). You'll get points for scoring better than similar households, and bonus points in future months for beating your personal record.
3. Stay tuned for updates and emails from the CoolSacramento team.
