We are a Montessori school in east Fort Worth that has just started hosting a farmer's market on Saturdays. This fall of 2010 we are open each Saturday from Oct. 16th-Nov. 13th, from 8am-11am. In our next Spring season we are planning on opening every 1st and 3rd Saturday from March through May from 9am-12pm. We will have a variety of seasonal fresh herbs and vegetables available that are all grown organically on our campus, as well as art made by our students. We also sell eggs from our on-site chickens. Our students run the market under a staff supervisor. They are learning customer service skills, how to make change, and how to write receipts. They offer tours of our outdoor learning space and gardens. Please come by and check us out!
