"Opening Day 2009 is June 12 - The Farmers Market on the Westford Common is located in the small rural town of Westford, Vermont on Route 128, 30 min northeast of Burlington. The Market is open every Friday afternoon from 3:30 to 6:30 pm from mid-June to mid-October. Local vendors display and sell vegetables and fruits in season, pies, breads, and other baked goods, jams and jellies, eggs, and meat. Artists offer jewelry, baskets, woodwork and other artwork. This is a true Vermont community event with music and activities throughout the summer! Check the website for up-to-date information.   The Library across the road is open during the Market for shoppers who are readers and browsers.
