Description

"Keepers of the Shiawassee" helps to maintain the Shiawassee River water trail, organizing races, group paddles, paddling tours. It is removing many years of neglected woody debris that have fallen and blocked the river via chainsaws and human musclepower. Funding is always a struggle to maintain equipment, feed volunteers, print/publish brochures, and publicize major events.
