Summary:

Although I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years, organic and natural have never been important in my life.  That changed drastically in January 2010 when I became a consultant and began to learn more about organic, ingredients, and regulations.  Now I am very aware, and as a result am very scared of the way food and products are produced.  Being a mom I feel it is my obligation to educate and to make the world a better place for the children.
