City wide geothermal infrastructure , AEG/Hardin is installing a geothermal system that all building and home owners can "tap' into , the service provide ( a new local power enetity) charges a small monthly fee to the user based upon the BTU's used , this equals about 1/4 the utility bill for fossil fule from the utility
