Summary:

David has worked throughout lower Fairfield County, Ct for over 30 years and is now affiliated with William Raveis Real Estate in Darien, Ct. A member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); he has earned the NAR Green designee.

David has combined his background in construction and property management with being active in the local sustainable green initiatives and programs. He has taken an active role in the green community and has provided links to many local and national “Green” sites through his website, blog and GreenBoard Co-op network.

 He is an accredited LEED AP for Homes specialist by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a member of the Connecticut Green Building Council (CTGBC) and sub-chapter Southwestern Connecticut Green Building Council (SCTBGC).

David has also completed the Certified Green Professional (CGP) program by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
