Congratulations to Audubon Greenwich on being awarded $5,000 from Stonyfield Farm for collecting the most UPC labels (barcodes) from Stonyfield Organic Milk. The award money will help the Center with exhibits and nature education programs. Stonyfield Farm, located in Londonderry, NH, helps support hundreds of family farms and keeps over 180,000 agricultural acres free of persistent pesticides and other chemicals commonly used on nonorganic farms and known to contaminate soil, drinking water.
